“2 Parking Tickets Within 24 Hours In Toronto”

I received two parking tickets for parking too close to a hydrant within 24 hours of each other (they were 18 hours apart to be exact). Does the second one become void because I received it within that 24 hour window? I'm willing to pay the one but can't afford to pay the other and would like to know before I decide to ask for a reduced rate on them both.
