Parking On A Cul De Sac

Unread post by ahlosun »

which side of car should be parallel to circle? driver's side or passenger's side? no one-way signage. i was parked passenger side to the circle (no one else was there). when i left a few hours later, the other 5 cars that showed up were all parked driver's side to circle. am i missing something? i've been driving for 27 years and this is bugging me.

thanks in advance

Always park as traffic would normally flow. Passenger side to the curb or edge of the roadway. The exception would be on a one way street and that would allow vehicles to park on both sides. (exceptions would be for any existing by-laws of course)
