Not Remain The Scence? Criminal?
Hi, I bumped a stop sign, left fender and left light cover got damaged, but still signalling. I left the scene and caught by the police. for three tickets, one is not remain the scene, I am not sure it will lead to criminal record or not. please give me some advice. Thanks!
Re: Not Remain The Scence? Criminal?
How? How did you manage to connect with a stop sign with your left fender? Was the stop sign controlling you or controlling cross traffic? Was it on some kind of island? Generally speaking, the left front part of the car is the least likely to contact an immobile object.
