“Puzzle Disclosure, Can Someone Decipher It?”

Can someone help me decipher the disclosure I received? there is no word description at all.

i ask a one of my friend, he used to be cops, no clue. and advise me to post here.

I'm guessing you were charged with a speeding offence. Can you advise for what speed and where? Disclosure can be easier to decipher when we have more info about the actual offence.

My best guess:

L2 - Lane 2

212m - Distance at which the reading was obtained

Lead veh - Lead vehicle (As in you were at the front of a pack)

36 - Your speed?

22612 - Serial number for the laser?

Not really sure what the cross is for. Seating diagram maybe? Was it just you (male driver) in the car?

I think it's certainly fair for you to request clarification. Pretty minimal info.

you are right. I was charged with driving 97km / 70km on black creek dr in toronto.

the court is on Sep 27, 2013. do you think i can order disclosure of disclosure now.

or just go to court because of less info on disclosure.
