Case Law?
I'm searching for some case law to show examples of an error on a certificate of offence. For example, officer checks that there was a collision when there was not. I have seen loads of cases for incorrect fines, addresses etc. This one is giving me some trouble. Would appreciate any help.

Accidentally checking [x] collision box is not a fatal error.
