“87 Km/hr In 50km Zone - Mississauga Appeal”

Scheduled a hearing with Justice to plead guilty with reduced fine. Missed my meeting due to work conflicts that day and then attempted to get a new meeting, which was denied.

I have now optioned to appeal the conviction with a waived fine. I completed all the paperwork and dropped it off to the prosecutor, etc today, and my court date for the appeal opening is November 22nd.

Do I have a chance at anything? What should I do to prepare for the appeal opening trial? Is this just a meeting with a judge to decide if I can have an appeal? Any info would help greatly!
