Suspended Indefinitely (lifetime) 3rd (ccc) Offence
Hi,
Suspended indefinitely (lifetime) 3rd offense; with a possibility of reduction after 10 years.
My question is:
If the legislation governing the requirements for the reduction was passed into law December 23, 2001 and the offender was suspended prior to that date.
What requirements would that person be legally bound by if a request for reduction was made today ?
Any information of this would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
E
