“Trial For A Speeding At 89 Km/hr On 60 Km/hr. Zone”

I've requested a disclosure package for the audio recording, but haven't received that yet. I've also requested an interpreter. Is there anyone who can help me on how to fight this traffic ticket trial myself?

Sorry, I really don't have much to go on here. Is there another thread you've posted to on this topic?

when I was stopped, the PC pulled out a voice recorder (and poked it through the passenger window) and said to me that he was going to be recording our conversation

Never had that happen. Was that in the UK? Here, many of them wear body cams or mics but not all of them do.

Not really sure the audio recording is relevant without more information.

Audio recording because the officer is new and need some practice on issuing tickets?

Better to know more about whats going on before saying anything in court.
