Just registered. Finally, what a relief to find a site where there are some people that really know what they are talking about!

Traffic law is rather subjective. Everyone has their own opinion. And remember, the HTA is not necessarily always cut and dried. Case Law takes precedence in many, many situations. Many tricky traffic issues have already been decided by higher courts and the ability to present these cases at the Provincial Division (Traffic Court) can mean the difference between winning and losing. Very few JP's will rule in oppositon to a higher courts ruling.
This forum is meant to be an open public discussion. No one really knows what they are talking about to a certain extent, as Bookm mentioned, its pretty much subjective.
