Is Riding Motorcycles Side By Side Illegal In Ontario?
This question is directed to those that know first hand.
Is it a ticket-able offense to ride motorcycles side by side within the same lane?
I cannot find any direct reference in the HTA.
I am well aware of the safety aspects and have been street riding since 1971.

Well just because you can, doesnt mean you should right. Like just think if two skinny cars or smart car types tried to pull that stunt? Frankly I would call it a Stunt and it shouldnt be legal in my opinion. If it is or not I dont know.

It is legal to ride side by side in Ontario. Not the safest practice but there’s nothing in the HTA to prohibit it.
