Driver Lane Got Hit By A Car Turning Right
I was traveling north with a speed of 50km/h on the driver's lane. The other car coming from an intersection took a right turn and i was travelling straight on the driver's line and got hit in the back right rear bump. My was car was not as damage compare to his car, his whole front bumper came off! I was just wondering who fault it will be and i have a G2 driver license. Any information will be very helpful thanks.
Re: Driver Lane Got Hit By A Car Turning Right
Unless there is more to this story, the other driver will be considered at fault. Regarding insurance claims, Ontario Fault Determination Rules put the other driver at 100% fault.
