Written Statements Via Representitive?
I've got a court date a couple of weeks and have a slight issue. I've just got a new job and the training takes place on the same day. My friend has agreed to go in my place but I really don't want him doing anything at all.
Can I write a few letters for my friend to give to the JP at the appropriate times?
For example I'm doing an 11b arguement so I would have him hand in my writen statement immediately after the arraignment requesting a stay. Would that work?
