What Happens If There Is No Time On A Ticket?
I got a "traffic on landside airport ticket" back in Sept 11 and the officer did not write time of incident on my copy of the ticket.
I went to X Copper and they mentioned it was a fatal error and the court can throw out the ticket during trial. But when I had my 1st meeting with the prosecutor, she mentioned that there is no such law. I also noticed at the meeting that the officer's copy of the ticket filed had time of incident mentioned.
Can I still have the ticket dismissed on fatal error grounds? Is the prosecutor telling the truth? This is my 1st ever traffic ticket and any help would be greatly appreciated.
