Filing 11b
Charged with fail to yield. Pleaded not guilty. Had my trial date set exactly 9.5 months after the accident. At the trial I was represented by my parents (I authorized them) and was not present (had to stay in school). The JP adjourned the trial and wanted me being present. New court date was set and court ran out of the time. Trial adjourned for 3 months. Can I file 11b ? Does first 9.5 months count in this case? please advise?
