Question About Time Frames
So I got my notice of my court date to today from the Red Light ticket I received on September 13th, 2010. It was issued the 19th of April. My court date is set for July 7th.
Is this a rather short period of time (the time from when I received the notice of trial date to the actual trial date)? How long would it take for them to process a request for disclosure? Would I even get my disclosure before my court date, considering it took them like 8 months to tell me when my court date was?
- Should add this is in Toronto, the courts at Markham and Sheppard.
