“Careless Ticket”

hi all, fighting a careless driving ticket anyone know if your agent in court can be a friend (retired cop) or does it have to be someone from :xcopper :points?

As long as your friend isn't receiving any kind of compensation for it then they don't have to be a registered paralegal.
