Question About Red Light Cameras And Possible Ticket Error
Recieved a red light camera ticket, the intersection does not have any red light camera signs posted... is there any requirement in ontario legislation for them to do so ?
Further the road I received the ticket on is on the border between Toronto and Vaughan, I was on the northern end of it which I believe is a part of the municipality of Vaughan.
Would either of these be adequate defenses ?
Re: Question About Red Light Cameras And Possible Ticket Err
As to signs no it does not matter if they are there or not.
The other question, is of interest.
You were crossing Steeles going south?
The center of steeles is the border N/S (or where is the border at the spot you crossed?)
Could be some jurisdiction issues .
We need more info.
Cheers

Re: Question About Red Light Cameras And Possible Ticket Err
I think the location is something that the prosecutor would be able to amend.
