Getting Suspension Removed From Record?
Is there a way to get a suspension removed from a drivers record or is there a way to talk to someone at the mto about why things went the way they did?
Should I see a lawyer about this?
Re: Getting Suspension Removed From Record?
I dont believe its possible to get a suspension removed from your record unless it was given in error. If the suspension was valid at the time, its permanent. This includes administrative suspensions such as street racing, even if youre found not guilty at trial.
Just an FYI if this is why youre asking, any administrative suspensions (i.e. stunt driving, warn range blood alcohol) cant be used by insurance providers to increase your rates.
