“No Right Turn- Advise Is Always Nice!”

i will be going to trial for a no right turn ticket I have disclosure which is brief says there were 2 clearly visabable signs

the first sign was covered by trees all u can see barely is the no left sign no times are visable I have a picture

the other sign u can not see until you are basically through the interesection as the right turn lane begins about 40 feet back and during rush hour when the street is bumper to bumper and there are trucks and buses every where it is literlay impossible to see.

I am going to trial any sugesstions from any one?
