Motorcycle Windshield Laws???

Hey there, wondering if anyone knows of any law barring a "black" non-transparent flyscreen???

I was looking at buying one from the states. But it mentioned to check your local by-laws.

It sits a couple inches above the speedometer and in no way obscures my view of the road.
