Hi, my wife took a right turn into a street at 7:30 where ( no right turn between 7-9). However, the officer did not mark the time on the ticket. is this enough to get her off?
she is meeting wiht the prosecuter for an Early Resolution Meeting. any adivse? she works hourly, can i represent her in the meeting?
thanks.
Re: Disobey Sign 182-2
Search through the forums a bit, both questions you're asking are pretty common ones. The lack of time isn't necessarily a fatal error, but read through the threads dealing with such errors. You can represent your wife, she just needs to authorize you in writing.
