Fail To Signal For Turn And Disobey Stop Sign - Fail To Stop

Unread post by bijalshah01 »

On Tuesday, July 16, 2013, my wife got two tickets at the intersection of Bur Oak Ave. and Mingay Ave in Markham. 1] for Disobey Stop Sign - Fail to Stop and 2] for Fail to Signal for Turn. I was thinking about going for option 2, Early Resolution to Meet the prosecutor to see if he/she can reduce the ticket to non-moving violation such as parking ticket or red light camera ticket. Does anyone one has any experience reducing their tickets to non-moving violation? Also, is it worth that try or I should not even even think about that and just go for option 3.

Also, can someone please send me some info on list of non-moving violations?

Thanks

I highly doubt they are going reduce your tickets to something like a parking ticket.

Seeing how it sounds like your wife received two tickets from the same maneuver, it would probably be more likely they'll drop one and ask her to plead guilty to the other.
