Fatal Errors On Ticket?
I received a ticket for an obstructed plate but all of the personal information is incorrect, not misspelled but an entirely different person (name, address, drivers licence, DOB), the location of the offense is also incorrect. The only correct info seems to be my licence plate number and the offence I was charged with.
Would this be sufficient enough to have the ticket thrown out if I bring it to the courthouse? would they just correct the errors? With this many mistakes I would think I could contest the ticket based on the incompetency of the officer alone (don't mean to sound rude but this is not a simple typo)
