Fatal Errors?
Hi my son recently received a ticket for following too closely. I am wondering if either of these items are fatal errors? 1. the date was printed as two days earlier. 2. the highway traffic act has the wrong section and subsection.
I am going to fight the ticket, but should I wait until the 7 day submission period has past for the officer to submit, before alerting them?
Is there a possibility the court will notice these errors prior to the court date they assign and quash the ticket without having to appear?
TIA

No harm in waiting, and you could save yourself some hassle.
