“Forcing A Fatal Flaw”

Hello,

I received a traffic ticket for disobeying stop sign and the ticket says 'DISOBEY STOP SIGN - FOIL TO STOP' instead of 'FAIL' and I know this isn't a fatal flaw, but if I choose to not respond to the ticket (ie not do anything after 15 days), will this misspell become a fatal flaw? I know the Justice has to review the traffic ticket and if there is any error on it, it cannot be corrected and small errors can become fatal. I only have 2 more days to respond to the ticket so any input is greatly appreciated!

I here it was made clear to you that this is not a fatal flaw. Did you start this thread to try and get an answer you wanted?
