“Red Light Camera Ticket”

I read on this site that I can send a scan of my red light camera ticket so you can tell me if it is valid. How do I do that?

I also heard that there is new legistration that Red light camera tickets can only be reduced from $325 to $200 no lower new rules is this true

At the time of the incident I lost all control of my right foot and tempoarly could not lift my foot off gas petal. My doctor said I have severe nerve damage I am recovering .

Is this a defence?
