Incorrect Spelling Of Last Name
I RECIEVE A SPEEDING TICKET BY THE O.P.P GOING 45 KMH OVER. MY NAME WAS SPELLED CORRECTLY ON THE TICKET . I DISPUTED THE TICKET AND ALL DOCUMENTS FROM THE COURT HAVE MY NAME SPELLED WRONG. IS THERE CASE LAW TO HAVE THE TICKET DISMISSED FOR THIS REASON?
THANKS IN ADVANCE
Re: Incorrect Spelling Of Last Name
No, you can't get your ticket dismissed for that.

Re: Incorrect Spelling Of Last Name
maybe, if your last name was George and the cop wrote Smith then you have a good case
