76 In 50 Dechipher Officer Notes
If anybody can help decipher these notes, that would be great as they are mostly illegible. I have already made a second disclosure request asking for the officer to decipher and type them out.
Also, the first page seems to be from his normal notebook, but the second page is from somewhere else. Why would all his notes not come from the same place?
Thanks

And another question... it appears in the notes he is referring to a GENESIS DIRECTIONAL as the radar unit. I requested the FULL manual in disclosure and they actually sent me the whole manual, but the manual is for the GHD and the SCOUT. Are these different models?
Re: 76 In 50 Dechipher Officer Notes
Not the worst Ive seen, most of it is pretty legible. Just having a hard time deciphering the street name, but I dont know what town this happened in.
First page of notes will be from officers notebook, second page of notes will off the back of the ticket. Many officer record some basic info in their notebook (i.e. doing traffic enforcement) and the details of the stop/charge itself on the back of the ticket.
Notes:
0800 – Handheld radar, Genesis Directional #13879, tested – passed
0840 – Radar on ??? Street at 11th Street
0858 – Traffic stop speeding 76 km/hr
0910 – 10-8 (clear of stop)
76 km/hr – Volkswagen
Vehicle observed to be going over posted limit
Tracked for 100 meters
Clear ???
No ??? (interference I think)
Only vehicle in beam
Genesis directional #13879, tested at 0800 and 0905, passed
Surrendered DL/ownership/insurance
Clear wet roads
*Looks like a diagram of vehicle occupants, lone female driver?
Stopped vehicle ??? of ??? street
Re: 76 In 50 Dechipher Officer Notes
GHD is actually a Genesis Handheld Directional. Looks like to correct manual.
Re: 76 In 50 Dechipher Officer Notes
@Stanton that is amazing that you can actually read that! Thanks.
@Decatur yes looking thru the manual I now see where it says that. Thanks.
