Got A Disobey Sign Ticket For Going 15 Km/h Over Speed Limit
Hi,
I got a ticket for going 15 Km/h over the limit (75 on 60) while driving on Ottawa River Parkway.
The RCMP officer gave me a ticket for disobeying sign, $110 fine, plus 2 demerit points.
While I think it should be speeding ticket, which is $2.5 for extra km, and no demerit points since it's under 20 km over limit.
This is my first ticket. How do you guys suggest I should deal with this?
Thanks
