“Speed Limit Sign Location”

I have heard through the legal grapevine that there are locations that the enforcement of certain speed locations have incorrectly posted signs. I am looking for some case law and or examples of these types of bylaw infractions made by the municipality responsible for errecting and maintaining these signs.

Anyone out there hear of the same issue or know where I would be able to locate further information on this.

Your answer(s) will be in Ontario Regulation 615 for all signs, sizes, locations. Plus at the end of that regulation is a few more stipulations that are considered.
