The first P represents a Lidar Gun.
The second one kind of resembles some sort of lidar gun.
The O also has another meaning as the shocked face of a motorist who has been pulled over and has his car taken away on a flat bed.

You complain about speed enforcement and to concentrate on other aspects of the HTA, but you yourself are so fixated on speed that over 90% of your posts go off topic by mentioning it. Too ironic!
There is absolutely no reason to being 50 over a speed limit, I do not buy it. I have seen a huge reduction in vehicles travelling those speeds. I used to obtain 1-2 vehicles per block of shifts travelling that speed and this year (16 blocks) I have only 3.
Went to a collision yesterday on a secondary highway. The main cause was following too close. However just for your peace of mind, speed was involved, but only to the point that 2 stationary objects can not strike one another.
For more peace of mind, 80% of the offence notices I issued yesterday did not involve speed. Just after high noon did I finally stop a vehicle 20over on the 401 (over 6hrs into shift)

Actually, two stationary object will slowly move closer to each other due to their own gravity....... usually though, not fast enough to cause damage.
90% of my posts are complaints about speed enforcement, but my main pet peeves are:
1) Lack of due care and attention
2) Improper behaviour (signalling, poor lane discipline etc.)
3) Lack of proper vehicle maintenance
In that order of importance.
1) Lack of courtesy
2) Impatience
That covers about 95% of the things that make me prefer HSD over the other types of detachments. I'm going to get them ALLLLLL.
Squishy, your #2 is often caused by my #2
And your #2 is often caused by my #1.
No arguments from me on that count. I personally subscribe to the European school of driving. No matter how fast I'm going in the left lane, if I see someone moving up from behind, I get out of the way. I'd do that even if I were breaking the speed record for section 172. And Bear, while this post mentions speed, the main focus of it is courtesy :8

Thats very bad so a tailgater crashed into someone following to close to him?
I assume he got a charge for following to close, careless driving etc?
Did the guy in front also get a charge for blocking traffic, driving in a passing lane, etc?
I am not complaining about speed enforcement. That would suggest that the speed limit actually made sense and was set properly.
We have the same limit on all roads, that all have a different design, volume, traffic patterns, urban, country side? I know thats not right either.
Most countries have faster limits on roads outside the city. England does this to on their countries in non urban areas.
it must just be our highways that are a joke. On most city roads most drivers are usually 5-15 over the limit.
Well on the highway thats a much different story. I begin to wonder if it is like 80-90 % of the cars or maybe the limit itself is just not set right.

that sounds like your most applicable summary of everything you have ever posted...well done...ps..don't let your head swell so you cant get into your vehicle

Lead vehicle (V3) was stopped on the highway to make a left hand turn due to oncoming traffic..
V2 observes V3 and starts braking as normal to stop. V2 looks behind, observes V1 not slowing. V2 does not want to get smoked from behind, tries to move right onto the shoulder to escape.
V1 brakes, but still strikes back left corner of V2 as it tried to escape.
DR1 charged with careless driving.
V3 unscathed.
