Attaching Case Laws In Form 4f Appendix

Unread post by diehardfan »

I am gonna file for a stay by filing Form 4F. Since I was not provided proper/full disclosure.

Since I referred to case laws R. v. Stinchcombe and R. v. O'Connor each being 27 pages and 140 pages respectively. Am I suppose to attach the whole case file in my appendix of Form 4F or just part of it? If just part of it then which part?

I am going to be needing 3 copies of Form 4F with the appendix to submit, that is ALOT of printing.

Thanks

A lot of times if they see that you have a big file (or pile of papers) they just drop the charge.

My Case (officer present no evidence)

Geet out of here.

Our prosecutor sees these big files as a game...now it's a challenge...

You come to court to snow ball, he'll not withdraw...they aren't prepared to be outmanoeuvred but some tree slaughtering wannabe (his words not mine) LOL!!

Different prosecutors approach it differently...
