“Are Blue Lights On The Bumper Prohibited In Ontario?”

Can anyone help me. I just bought a car and i didn't notice until now that it has blue led lights on the bumper. Is it prohibited in ontario to those kinds of lights on a car?

Any blue lights are prohibited. Bumper, hood, under the car, etc.
